This Privacy Policy explains how Wonder Planner (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services. Wonder Planner is operated by SET IT SOLUTIONS LLC.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details (name and email), trip preferences, destinations, and optional feedback. When you share a link, text, screenshot or photo into Wonder Planner, we receive that content so we can find the places in it, and we store the places you choose to keep (your Saved Ideas) with your account. We also collect technical data such as app version, device type, and crash diagnostics.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide personalized travel itineraries, store trip history, process purchases and credits, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.
3. AI and Third-Party Services
To generate itinerary recommendations, relevant trip inputs may be processed by trusted AI and cloud providers. When you share a screenshot or photo, the image is sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini or OpenAI) only to identify the places shown in it. We do not store shared images on our servers, and the temporary copy on your device is deleted once it has been processed or dismissed. Avoid sharing images that contain information you do not want processed. We also use third-party services such as Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting) and advertising or in-app purchase providers where applicable.
4. Data Storage and Security
Some trip data may be stored on your device for offline access. Service data may be stored securely on our infrastructure or trusted partners. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
If you create a share link for a trip, anyone with that link can view the trip’s destination, dates and day-by-day itinerary, without signing in. Share links are not listed in search engines, and you can turn a link off at any time with “Stop sharing” in the app, after which it no longer works.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business, legal, and operational purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You may also manage app permissions through your device settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without required consent.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply safeguards to protect personal data across borders.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
