Account Deletion
Effective Date: April 23, 2026
You can permanently delete your Wonder Planner account directly from the mobile app. No email request is required.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Wonder Planner app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Account again.
What Is Deleted
When account deletion is confirmed, we permanently delete:
- Your account profile in our app database.
- Your saved trips and itinerary history.
- Your submitted feedback records.
- Any other records associated with your user ID.
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
Deletion Timing
Deletion is initiated immediately after confirmation in the app. In most cases, the process completes right away.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion, you are logged out and will need to create a new account to use the app again.
